Dulles Gateway Dog Training Club (DGDTC) is a not-for-profit organization that was formed to promote the sport of dog training.  The club was incorporated on June 27, 1986, making us the oldest dog training club in the Northern Virginia area.

In January the membership elects 11 Board of Directors who are responsible for all the activities of the club.  The club holds a minimum of four Board meetings and two General meetings a year, all of which are open for all club members to attend.  A list of current board members and committee chairs can be found on our contact page.

DGDTC offers classes in obedience, agility, therapy dog, and other dog training activities at all levels.  We use positive training methods which can be adjusted to meet the needs of each dog. Our highly experienced instructors are all volunteers whose goal is to train you to train your dog. We also have a list of personal instructors who are available if your dog needs one-on-one training.

DGDTC is sanctioned by the United Kennel Club to hold both Obedience and Agility trials.

In addition, the club holds CPE agility trials several times a year.
